I'm an honorary aunt now. :) :) :) :) :) Congrats to ukelele and nonnihil!

And I get to meet my niece in 5 weeks, 4 days! My experience in the baby lab has taught me exactly nothing about infants in that age range. I think I remember from J.D.'s class that they still kinda can't see for shit ;)

And yet, her focal length is better than mine. (It's optimized for viewing a face from the distance away of a nipple. Imagine.)

Of course, I know an awful lot more about how to integrate the visual data I receive.
