for Madison residents

Now that I am an old fart grad student who doesn't sit in classes much, I've done a fair bit of exploration of local coffee shops. Recently I found a new favorite Purveyor of Frozen Coffee Chocolate Floofy Things: Steep 'n' Brew. I don't love their hot mochas (too strong for my Sensitive Palate) but the strength of the brew works really well for frozen stuff. Plus they grind their ice really fine, which makes it feel like you're drinking caffeinated ice cream. Plus they have this west side wireless-enabled location that has been oh so convenient for my new once a week "routine" of running afternoon or evening errands involving a wedding and/or my problematic knee. So nice to have some place to get some work done in the afternoons that isn't, you know, the West Transfer point.
