* radicalteacher having to quit her second job to deal with this crap
* Me tripping over myself while helping her move her stuff and getting scraped to hell in the process

Did you find out whether he was officially kicked out of the Chem department? Either way, they might have something to leverage on him.

Maybe you can get together a posse of friends and like-minded people in the building to just sit in the hallway and stare at his door. Or it's always more effective when an angry mob pounds on a door to complain about excessive noise.
