beckyjen on her Fulbright fellowship to Denmark! May the experience be full of vaffeln and wienerbrød. And also some cool research on ethanol and yeast. (Boy, when I put it that way it sounds like she'll be doing nothing but drinking Carlsberg. Whatever you do, beckyjen, stay away from the elephant beer.)
