First-year project.
Jun. 19th, 2003 11:48 amSo I'm thinking about using this as a space to keep notes-to-self on my first-year project. I'm planning to make these posts friends-only, a first for this blog, because blow-by-blow reports of my successes and failures seem a bad thing to display publicly if I'm hoping to publish this some day, publication rules being what they are. If you're interested in reading and I haven't friended you, comment so that I know to add you. I don't promise that updates will be regular or interesting, but I do promise that the first thing I post will be an explanation of what I'm doing and why, and that I'll try to answer questions if people have them.

Date: 2003-06-19 11:21 am (UTC)/me waves!
I was just thinking of you the other day, actually. I was cleaning some stuff out of my car, and I found an old 4-leaf clover of yours. You'd marked it "Found March 17, 1998". I don't know if you remmeber, but I actually found this in my car once before, but it didn't get moved when that happened, and I just found it again. So I decided to bring it in to work and put it on my bulletin board (in a nondestructive way, no holes through it or anything). And now I see it and am reminded of you more often. =)
Anyway, I hope all's well with you! ttyl!

Date: 2003-06-25 04:30 pm (UTC)I'd appreciate it if you'd allow me access to your notes, as I'm interested in hearing about your project. I don't keep in touch very well, but I do check up on various people's livejournals from time to time.
