forced procrastination

eiriasCharter Internet is having troubles today. I'm unable to access my email, where resides the abstract for the paper I'm working on (well, an inflated conference-worthy version that I intend to cut down). I'm also unable to access the instructions to authors at the journal we're trying to submit to. LiveJournal and AIM access, however, are doing JUST FINE.
I feel morally obligated to go do dishes or something in protest.
