I'm not in favor of changing the law as it is written but Ms Miller definitely has my support. The reason why I don't want to see the law changed is because there are gray areas that can't be legislated effectively. That's where the courts come in. Unfortunately the courts failed to interpret said law correctly this time.... Four months in the slammer is a small price to pay for keeping one's integrity. I'm thinking that as a show of respect I should find a way to remind people everyday that Ms Miller is a prisoner of conscious. The whole thing stinks of political favors and pay-back and I'm hoping that her sacrifice will help blow the lid off this whole mess.
