Evangelists may desperately want to bring the faithless to a belief in God. Well, I gotta say their strategies could use some work, because I have enough trouble believing in some of the believers. Here is the dumbest argument I have ever heard in my whole entire life for why God must exist. If you've got a broadband connection and no one around to disturb, you should follow that link and fast forward to about 2:30 or 3:30 and just listen. Unbelievable. Just unbelievable. If I were God I'd smite that guy with a raging allergy to bananas.

I can't watch it. (For some reason the plug-in needed for this and other sites to watch stuff like this causes my browser to crash every single time I try to use it. So, I don't have it as not crashing and not seeing it is better than crashing and not seeing it.)

Ummm I take it it's some argument about how bananas are so well-designed for humans that there must be a god behind it?

You know, acorns are so well-designed for squirrels and vice versa, but that's because they each affected the other's evolution.

Yeah, you got the gist. I just didn't want to write about it before people had had a chance to see because it's just so much better if you can see or at least listen to it. The ridges on the banana and the creases between knuckles, the fact that you can pull on the stem and the "perforated" banana skin obligingly gives way, the fact that bananas are perfectly sized for human hands and mouths... yeah, all clearly evidence of divine intervention. If I were a Christian, I think I'd be ashamed that these guys were speaking for my faith.
